Designers and Illustrators Wanted

Fresh Complaint is currently adding to our roster of productive and capable book designers and illustrators to work with us on a wide variety of book projects.

In general, we want designers and illustrators with good experience who produce clean and professional work and are willing to meet the standards that our clients expect from us.

We have a team-based approach, which means that our designers are well-supported with the direction and feedback that makes this job more fun.

You will have:

A good timeline to work with
Market (or better) compensation
Well-defined standards for every deliverable

Your process:

Send a resume and design sample(s) to us.
We will evaluate within 7 days, and invite select candidates to interview.
We will let you know where you stand within 2 weeks of application.
If selected, we will add you to our internal roster and start assigning work to you.
